Service Description

Galette, French word for a free-form pie is a rustic & elegant pastry. In this class, you will learn the important building block of pastry - mixing, rolling, and shaping a basic a galette dough. Then we’ll use that dough to create individual savory and sweet galettes. In two hours, you will have meal and dessert to take home with you and skills to create your own galettes over and over! Guests will have an option to bake a galette and enjoy during the class or take home to bake later. This class is led by Kazuko Goto, born and raised in Kyoto, Japan. She currently resides in North Richland Hills and spends her time teaching arts, bread baking, gardening, and running her bakery - Small + Baked Goods.

Cancellation Policy

Our cooking classes may be cancelled 48 hours in advance for future class credit. We do not offer refunds on classes, however you are can send someone else in your place or request a credit for future class or a gift receipt.
