Melon Fizz - a delicious champagne cocktail made using Texas Cantaloupes Horse Apples - a twist on the Moscow Mule with apple cider "Margarito" - a margarita style cocktail made with North Texas fall tomatoes At the beginning of class, we will make tomato syrup showing one method of infusing flavor into your simple syrups and you will take home enough to make 4-6 cocktails at home. We will discuss cocktail trends, how to incorporate them when entertaining and how to make the most of seasonal flavors in your cocktails. This class is led by Caroline, a freelance mixologist based in the mid-cities.
