Service Description

Kid's Summer Culinary Camp (June-August), designed for ages 7 and up will help your child become a more skilled and confident cook. In this 3-day series, we will explore new techniques and flavors from around the world. From chopping vegetables and fruits to rolling a dough for pasta and dumplings, and making desserts, they will learn basic food prep skills, essential cooking techniques, best practices in the kitchen. Culinary camps are offered in 3-days series at 10 am. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours and students will work in groups of 3-4. Kid's Summer Culinary Camp (June-August) dates are as follows: June 20-22 June 27-29 July 11-13 July 18-20 August 1-3 August 8-10 Menu for July 11-13 Day 1: Pasta Perfecto Hand-made pasta with fresh tomato sauce Italian chopped salad with homemade vinaigrette Tiramisu cups Day 2: Asian Favorites Chicken dumplings Vegetable fried rice Coconut lime popsicles Day 3: Breakfast for Dinner BYO egg muffin cups Blender pancakes Crispy breakfast potatoes Fruit skewers and dip

Our cooking classes may be cancelled 48 hours in advance for future class credit. We do not offer refunds on classes, however you are can send someone else in your place or request a credit for future class or a gift receipt.
