Holiday Entertaining with Olive Oil

Service Description

In this class, you will learn how to make a number of different tapas style appetizers for holiday entertaining featuring Fratelli Colletti Olive Oil. We will begin by tasting olive oil, discussing it's nutritional and culinary properties, and how to purchase them. During the class, we will make holiday spiced nuts, orange cardamom olive oil cake, beetroot carpaccio, olive oil braised chickpeas and broccolini. This class is supported by Fratelli Colletti.

Cancellation Policy

Our cooking classes may be cancelled 48 hours in advance for future class credit. We do not offer refunds on classes, however you are can send someone else in your place or request a credit for future class or a gift receipt.
