In this class, you will learn how to transform fresh chilies and produce into hot sauce. We will go over the ingredients/tools, talk about how to develop flavors in hot sauce, and demonstrate how to properly preserve and ferment hot sauces at home. This is a perfect gift for your loved ones this holiday season. We will briefly discuss the health benefits of probiotics, and share how to incorporate hot sauce in recipes. Each participant will leave with a batch of hot sauce to take home. A grazing board will be available for snacking during the class.
Our cooking classes may be cancelled 48 hours in advance for future class credit. We do not offer refunds on classes, however you are can send someone else in your place or request a credit for future class or a gift receipt.
